A main product formed was purified by HP-20 column chromatogrphy follwing to TOYOPEARL HW-40F column chromatography. The transfer product obtained was identified as ρ-nitrophenyl β-D-gentiobioside (PNPGen) with the enzymatic and acid hydrolysis, and methylation analysis.
